Overview
The seven-day trial starts after onboarding and does not require a card. Surfaze automatically uses Toss Payments in KRW for connections from Korea and tax-inclusive Polar checkout in USD elsewhere.
- Trial: three keywords, three prompts, and 18 tracking units
- Korean prices exclude 10% VAT; international catalogue prices include applicable tax
- Choose monthly or annual billing before checkout
- Receipts and invoices are available through billing history or the Polar portal

- Review current usage and plan allowance.
- Confirm the automatically displayed currency and checkout provider.
- Choose monthly or annual billing and confirm the displayed total.
- Use billing history or the provider portal to inspect payment state and receipts.
Interpretation and limits
A pending or cancelled record is not an approved receipt. Contact support when the payment state and card statement do not match.
