Administration

Teams and workspaces

Separate brands and projects while keeping permissions and reporting clear.

Overview

A workspace holds one operational context: brand settings, tracking data, competitors, members, and reporting preferences. Create a separate workspace when access, billing, or reporting must be isolated.

  • Invite only the people who need access
  • Review ownership before removing members
  • Keep brand aliases and competitors workspace-specific
  • Set the shared reporting language deliberately

Recommended workflow

  1. Define the brand or project boundary.
  2. Invite members and assign the minimum role needed.
  3. Confirm tracking and reporting settings.
  4. Review membership when responsibilities change.

Interpretation and limits

Workspace owners are responsible for member access and for ensuring uploaded or entered data may be used for the intended business purpose.
